We are pleased to announce that the NIH (NIAMS) has re-awarded the P30 grant entitled "Muscular Dystrophy Core Center" to the CDMD for another 5 years for 3 million dollars with Dr. Melissa Spencer as PI. This grant helps support 40 campus muscle focused laboratories and many CDMD activities including; seed grant funding, annual scientific retreat, seminar series, and education and muscle core facilities that support ongoing projects and enable new investigation into Duchenne. Thanks to all the CDMD scientists who participated in this effort.
