Dr. Florian Barthélémy, a post-doctoral fellow in Carrie Miceli’s lab, recently published a review in Neuromuscular Disorders, that gives a broad overview of the current promising therapies for DMD, whether they are already in Human clinical trial or at the discovery stage. This paper also gives some ethical and financial perspectives regarding the applicability of these therapies in the near future.
